WHO WE ARE
Consolidated Cladding is a proudly South African building envelope company. We specialise in the supply and installation of any type of single skin sheeting, insulated panels and all types Of waterproofing applications.
Our roots were firmly grounded in 2021 and stemmed from collaboration between Industrial Linings Natal and JTC Building Systems. With our combined experience and project know-how in various facets of the building industry, we naturally branched out into the building envelope industry.
With more than 35 years’ industry experience, together with our hands-on approach, we are in the position of being a market leader in this field.

Industrial Roofs
We can install any type of sheeting – from concealed fixed systems to positive fixed residential applications with all the bells and whistles.
Insulated Panels
As an approved insulated panel installer for some of the world’s best-known brands such as Kingspan, we have close working relationships with FM approved panel suppliers all the way from Europe to the UAE.
Our 360˚ approach to our projects means that we prepare detailed drawings and BOQs, offer logistical support for imported materials, and we do on-site installations. This means that we will walk with you all the way from inception to completion.
Waterproofing
Consolidated Cladding provides practical solutions to complex waterproofing problems by working closely with our design team to get the methodology and detailing just right. This ensures that we design an end-to-end solution for our clients that is practical, cost-effective and suited to their needs.
