JTC has access to fabrication facilities in both Meyerton and Vanderbijlpark.
Between the two facilities we have 12 000m2 of undercover fabrication area, services by more than 30 overhead cranes to ensure ample fabrication capacity.
A dispatch and open area in excess of 24 000m2 ensures enough space for storing and loading of cargo.

Fabrication equipment includes, but are not limited to:
3 high definition plasma cutting machines
Pedinghaus CNC drilling line
3 CNC angle iron workers
Press brakes for bending of plates UP to 16mm thick and 12 500mm long
Automated submerged arc welding lines
Plate girder assembly lines
In addition to fabrication equipment, all facilities comply with ISO 9001: 2015 and SAIW requirements. Painting of structures is in accordance with client requirements
