JTC was appointed for the Civil and Structural Engineering services on this luxury lodge close to Zastron in the heart of the Free State. Foundations were designed as rafts. All external walls were constructed out of sandstone, which is synonymous to this area of the country.

Units featured steel beams to span over stacker doors as primary support for the deck structures. The roofing systems was built utilizing Clotan Steel concealed fixed roofing system- Craft-Lock®.
