TWAZABUKA SUGAR MILL

We were thrilled to have received the engineering, procurement, and construction contract of Zambia Sugar’s prestigious new Twazabuka development. a flagship project showcasing our large scale industry capability.

Our team is designing, supplying, and installing over 1,000 tons of structural steel and approximately 40,000 m² of Ironlok 700 concealed fix roofing and side cladding across three core project components:

Warehouse Expansion: Supply and installation of structural steel and sheeting for this massive expansion.

Conveyor & Tower Support: Structural steel supply and erection for a primary mechanical conveyor tower connected to multiple secondary towers and gantries, utilizing 500 tons of auxiliary steel.

Warehouse & Gantry Crane Extension: Installation of a heavy-duty 50-tonne overhead gantry crane within a complex structure operating in a confined, elevated workspace.
